    Mail Client Access

    We're currently experiencing issues with one of our network switches which is causing intermittent access issues when connecting to the service via an email client. Webmail access is currently unaffected and will allow access to your email as normal whilst we resolve the issue.

    We will update this post as we know more. You may also wish to follow our service status updates on Twitter.

    The fault was traced, resolved and the system has been stable for an hour.
