    Degraded system performance. [RESOLVED]

    [09:00] The service is currently experiencing increased load on the servers.
    Some users may experience slow connections when accessing email.

    [09:45] The service is now back to normal operating speeds. Overall impact was minimal. Restarting a stray network file storage process resolved the problem.
