    Downtime Report (23rd July)

    The access problems caused on the 23/07 was due to another client in our Datacenters network incorrectly configuring their server. This interfered with the routing of traffic and so connectivity to our servers were affected. The interference was fixed immediately and steps are being made by our DC to ensure that such a problem cannot happen again.
